"A Tropical Escape at Romcoco
Nestled within the brand-new Voco Hotel in Clichy-La-Garenne, Romcoco brings a taste of the tropics to the doorstep of Paris. Conceived by Paris Society Consulting, the brasserie has partnered with Chef Samuel Deruschi to offer a contemporary menu featuring creations such as avocado waffles and sea bream ceviche with ponzu dressing.
At Romcoco, classic dishes are given a fresh twist: the traditional carpaccio is reinvented as a vibrant vegetarian delight made with beetroot, pistachios, pomegranate, and feta cheese. For dessert, the signature baba can be enjoyed alongside one of the forty carefully selected rums displayed behind the brasserie's circular bar, at the heart of a bright and inviting dining space bathed in natural light."

We are committed to managing our waste through sorting and recycling, as well as our unsold items, in order to offer you fresh, gourmet cuisine where we revisit classics from here and elsewhere, from our cocktails to our desserts.
The seasons come and go, but they are never the same. The chef creates a menu for each season to guarantee fresh, gourmet cuisine that reflects the season.
