Nichée dans le tout nouvel hôtel Voco, à Clichy-La-Garenne, la brasserie Romcoco convoque les tropiques aux portes de Paris. Imaginé par Paris Society Consulting, l'établissement s'associe au chef Samuel Deruschi pour proposer une carte contemporaine, à l'image d'un avocado gaufre ou d'un ceviche de daurade royale sauce ponzu. Chez Romcoco, le traditionnel carpaccio se métamorphose en trésor veggie et se compose de betterave, pistache, grenade et féta tandis que le baba se déguste avec l'un des quarante rhums référencés derrière le bar circulaire de la brasserie baignée de lumière."

We are committed to managing our waste through sorting and recycling, as well as our unsold items, in order to offer you fresh, gourmet cuisine where we revisit classics from here and elsewhere, from our cocktails to our desserts.
